This is so important… when you first burn your candle please make the time to burn it for around 2 hours or long enough for the the entire surface area to liquify to the edge of the vessel. This will prevent tunnelling in the candle wax.
Melissa has designed the candle vessel so when it is burning the gold gilded lid fits underneath the candle and gives an added layer of protection to your surface. It also give the pure white china a gorgeous glint of liquid gold when the candle is burning.
Stay at home and don’t leave your candles unattended whilst they are burning - enjoy the scents.
Melissa’s candle pots are made to last a lifetime and for you to enjoy time and time again.
Reuse the pots by popping your succulents or seasonal posy in there to keep making the most of the gorgeous china.
To help you explore the Melissa Wilkes collection we can send you our fragrance samples in the post.
All of the Melissa Wilkes candles are hand-poured in the beautiful English countryside using fragrances to the highest standards.
We’ve opted to use soy wax as not only is this a renewable resource, but it also offers a clean burn with no harmful toxins for you or your pets.
Using soy wax also means your candle lasts even longer so you can enjoy your favourite Melissa Wilkes scent for hours.
Luxury shouldn’t cost the earth, which is why at Melissa Wilkes our candles are made with the environment in mind.
